Giorgio Gobbo’s songs tell the contradictory and twisted roots of contemporary Venetian identity (Raixe Storte: crooked roots, in Venetian dialect). The challenge was to underline and visually reinforce this blend of peasant heritage and technological forcing that coexist in continuous contamination.
